Dr. Lauren T. Bonner, M.D., is our Medical Director at Icarus Recovery Center. Holding triple board certifications in Psychiatry, Geriatric Psychiatry, and Obesity Medicine, Dr. Bonner exemplifies a dedication to providing comprehensive integrated mental health care. Her extensive experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings reflects her dedication to delivering exceptional care to every patient she serves.

Dr. Bonner’s influence extends beyond clinical practice, with research contributions spanning diverse fields, including PTSD and Complex Trauma, Alcohol Use Disorder (AUD), Alzheimer’s Disease/Dementia, and Schizophrenia. Her commitment to patient-centered research is underscored by her grant from the National Institute of Health. Acknowledged for her academic excellence, Dr. Bonner is an elected member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society and holds the distinguished title of Leonard Weisskopf Scholar.
