Jaime Baca
Jaime Baca brings years of experience in inpatient psychiatric care with a strong foundation in trauma-informed treatment. With a compassionate and empathetic history of working in hospice care and crisis intervention, Jaime has developed a deep understanding of the challenges faced by individuals experiencing complex mental health and substance use concerns.
She blends clinical expertise with a passion for recovery-focused care, striving to provide a safe environment that promotes long-term change. As a leader, Jaime empowers both clients and staff to achieve meaningful growth and ensures that every individual at Icarus Recovery Center receives the highest quality of care, guided by dignity, respect, and connection.
Jennie Malm
Jennie Malm is a compassionate and driven Admissions Director in the behavioral health field, dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate the first steps toward healing. With both professional expertise and the personal experience of being in long-term recovery herself, Jennie brings a unique depth of understanding, empathy, and hope to those seeking help.
Jennie oversees the entire admissions process, ensuring that every client feels supported, respected, and empowered from the very first conversation. Jennie’s personal story fuels her passion for breaking the stigma surrounding mental health and addiction. She is deeply committed to advocacy and building pathways to accessible treatment. Her mission is to ensure that every person who reaches out for help feels seen, heard, and given the opportunity to reclaim their life.
Monty Mcduffie
Monty Mcduffie brings both professional expertise and lived experience to the role. As an alumnus of Icarus Recovery Center, he embodies the center’s mission of resilience and transformation, using personal insight to guide operations with compassion and purpose. With a background in healthcare and HVAC, Monty specializes in streamlining processes, enhancing efficiency, and ensuring the highest standards of care for clients and staff alike.
He plays a key role in aligning day-to-day operations with the center’s long-term vision of recovery-focused support. By combining professional skills with a deep personal commitment to recovery, Monty helps foster an environment where healing, accountability, and empowerment can thrive.
Donald Tyler
Donald Tyler is an addiction counselor with eight years of experience in the behavioral health field. He holds a master’s degree in psychology and has extensive experience facilitating both group and one-on-one counseling sessions. Donald integrates an educational approach to recovery, helping clients understand the nature of addiction while developing practical skills for lasting change.
His counseling style is supportive and client-centered, focusing on empowering individuals to take active steps in their recovery journey. Donald is committed to creating a safe and encouraging environment where clients can explore challenges, build resilience, and work toward long-term recovery goals.
Melissa Castillo
Melissa Castillo is currently a Licensed Master Social Worker with the state of New Mexico. Melissa joined the United States Army immediately out of High School where she served for 8 years on active duty. Melissa obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice throughout this time. Melissa graduated from New Mexico Highlands University in 2020 with her Master's Degree in Social Work.
Melissa has been working at Icarus Recovery Center since 2023 and thoroughly enjoys working with and helping people in need. Melissa tries to teach the importance of mental health and addiction issues in everyday life and tries to focus on getting rid of the stigmas associated around these in society. Melissa is devoted to her family and spends her free time gardening, raising animals of all types, and enjoys catching up on new movies and TV series.
Megan Finn
Megan Finn is a residential therapist and has spent a majority of her career in inpatient psychiatry before landing in her current role. Megan gets the most joy supporting clients through their hardest times and then seeing them complete the program successfully.
She finds her role fulfilling on so many levels. Megan acknowledges that the patients make a positive impact on her mental health every day.
Roxanne Garcia
For over 25 years, Roxanne Garcia has dedicated her life to working in the mental health field, walking alongside people through their struggles, healing, and growth. This work has brought her joy, gratitude, and at times, sorrow: each moment serving as a reminder of the deep purpose behind what she does. The population served is exactly who Roxanne’s education, life experiences, and personal triumphs have prepared her for.
She is deeply passionate about the Trauma-Informed Care approach. Most importantly, Roxanne is inspired every day by the courage and resilience of the patients. Watching individuals transform emotionally, mentally, and physically fills her heart with hope and gratitude. It reminds her that healing is possible, growth is real, and that this is exactly where she is meant to be.

Aaron Luna
Aaron Luna shares that working at Icarus Recovery Center is more than just a job: it is an opportunity to reclaim your life and become the person you were always meant to be. Speaking from personal experience, Aaron finds purpose in witnessing the growth and resilience of individuals who are overcoming addiction.
